Foreign Networks?

So I was just wondering if its possible to partner to a network that is based in another country. I found the "Channel Flip" network accidentally while searching for another and noticed that it is based in the UK. I'm not going to apply, but I'm just curious if this sort of thing is possible. One thing that comes to mind is payment, are you paid in pounds or dollars? Just curious...:confused:
 
I don't see what would stop you from partnering with a over the sea's network, I am sure that they would pay you to your local currency, I believe paypal would automatically do that for you anyways
 
For legal reasons, I would rather have a relationship with an organization in my own country. This way, if I have to take them to court, there would be less complications.
