First two videos in my series get monetized last few don't?

Hey everyone i've been doing a resident evil 4 let's play and the first two uploads i did got monetized no problems, the last 3 needed porrf of commercial rights use? im confused as to why the last three need this but not the first two when they are all gaming commentary videos
