Finally Ready? Networks,CPM, Dreams

Hello everyone!
So a while back I posted a thread about whether or not my channel was ready for a partnership and most, if not everyone, told me to wait until I at least had 10k views a month. Well, its been a few months and I've finally passed that threshold. I am starting to look at potential networks and I see the terms CPM being thrown around a lot. I've read the threads on Gross revenue sharing vs Net split and I understand that part, but can someone explain CPM? what should I look for when the term CPM is being thrown around?
Also, anyone know of any good networks that would be a good fit for my channel? I was thinking about Creator X or Fullscreen.... I enjoy creating videos, and like most people, wouldn't mind making a little extra dough. I'm being realistic and my goal is to make at least 100-200$ per month. That would be the dream, lol. :)

What CPM should you be looking for? Networks with a 8-15$ gross average. (That's 5-9$ net)

What Network should you join? Whichever offers you the best deal

CPM is how many dollars per 1000 views. Obviously the higher CPM the better for you. But the CPM stated is typically listed without the cut taken from the network so make sure that even though they pay a high cpm you aren't getting shafted by the cut.

If your goal was to get into Full Screen you could've gotten with them a long time ago. Also if you are wanting to hit 100-200 dollars a month you're going to have to bump your viewership quite a bit.
