Fake subscribers

I have a quick question for anyone. A while back a friend (not so smart) thought he would help me out by doing on of those pay for subs he has no idea there fake and do nothing. So now I have 300 or so fake subs this would be fine I guess but when I tried to apply to Full Screen they want a good sub/view ratio which I do not have because of this. Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
