Well, i got accepted to rpm. but i didnt sign it as i wanted to wait a view more days.

now i got back to reply, and say i got copyright strikes and so on, ( which i dont ) and am not accepted. though i didnt upload anything in the meanwhile.

some one explain if i i did something wrong :p
 
Well your videos use material that isn't your so maybe that's what they mean. The real reason is (I think) that you only have 60 daily views average.

that might be it... but i dont have any copyrighted material :) which i dont get . all green and everything. ah well time to build up my views then :p

Yeah but when they see material that isn't yours and you don't have alot of views they will not take any risk. I think that's the problem here.

It's not youtube, it's just a choise RPM makes.
You can get in trouble for using other people content.
RPM has to protect you when you're using their adsense to monetize the youtube videos (When you sign the contract)
I think they don't want to take that risk with 60 views daily.
