HEY LOOK! a distraction!
Usually I don't come into this part of the forums but I was making a Don't starve custom thumbnail for my series that I planned on starting so I picked a picture added the typical username and number but I had noticed that there was no don't starve text's that had no background so I tried to mimic it and make my own I think it turned out pretty well what do you guys think of the thumbnail? also the eyes are suppose to be derpy it's a thing I do on my channel haha

you can also mask it out a picture that does have the text. but other than that, it looks quite alright :D
 
It turned out great! :D

One little note though... Once the picture gets down to thumbnail size you won't be able to read your name anymore, take that into account :)

what software ddi you use to make the thumbnail? if it can read psd. files i could quickly mask it out for ya if you like or are not completely happy with the letters yet :)

Odd I got to keep my name on my other pictures like my Dino D-day series when I had it in video manager and the main page I could see it
 
Hi, If he use Paint.NET, You can get a Plugin so it can read .PSD Files, And Gimp reads them now, Which is a Bonus. :)
 
I like it. One of my personal pet peeves though is when gaming channels make all their series thumbnails exactly the same and just changing the number.
