Don't know what partnership to go for

Hello,

I am currently partnered with a small network called "zoomingames" and it's fine for me up until now. They have no threshold for payment and I've received payment as little at $3 when I first started out. But they don't offer anything in the way of promotion.
I was thinking of partnerships elsewhere and I tried to apply at TGS but they re-routed me to RPM cos apparently they're a stepping stone to TGS. I thought that was cool cos I met the requirements but after looking around I've heard a lot of bad things about RPM and they have a 50$ threshold and the contract is 1 year and you can't opt out freely. So I'm not sure if they're right for me. I don't wanna be locked down for a year if something better comes along like Machinima opportunities etc.
Do RPM offer any promotion at all to try help my channel grow or just "Tips"?

Also little off topic question, I currently have no monetization tab or window to click on and link adsense or enable monteization in my channel settings, is that due to being in a partnership already? will the tab return if I opt out of my current network?

I would keep with the current network you are in. RPM and Machinima are both not good networks. Zoomin.tv are a good network and if you are looking for promotion from a network there isn't really any who will, unless you are a very large channel.

And to answer your question, RPM do not offer any sort of promotion, unless you want to wait forever to get on the RPM spotlight.

Thanks for the reply and making me feel a bit more comfortable about things. I will stick with zoomingames for now as my channel is still pretty small and hope it picks up on its own, after that then I will try bigger and better things maybe.
