Does RPM itself have "licenses"?

I have heard that atleast SocialBlade, which is a subset/branch of RPM network has licenses to offer for different games, etc. but I was wondering if RPM itself has the same kind of licenses to offer for their partners? :)

Socialblade is not a sub-network of RPM, it is just a way to get RPM partnership.
And no, they have 100% no gaming licenses at all.
