Does PayPal take a cut on your earnings?

I'm not familiar with the PayPal thingy, which is used in Monetization
Does it take a cut?

Paypal takes a cut if it is a transfer, yes. Not sure about monetization, but I remember I needed a penny in my paypal account to get something and my friend transfered me a penny, and it said

Amt. Transferred - 0.01 Amt. Received - 0.00 Amt. Charged - 0.01

So, paypal stole my friends penny he had to send two cents for me to get it haha XD

At this time, Fullscreen issues payments through PayPal and no, paypal does not take any fees from those funds.

When someone sends money via paypal they have a option weather they want to pay the fee or the person who they're sending it pays the fee

This is a tricky question so I'm gonna answer it depends....
they take money sometime. Like if you're selling something they take some of the money you make and they some times charge for tranfers but not always.

I read you're post. i was just telling you when the do take money. but i don't know if making money off of ads counts as selling since you're making money off of it.
