Does fullscreen sign with people from all countries?

As far as I know they cover most of the globe, anywhere YouTube is available I think. They often quote that their building a global network so I guess that backs it up.

Also your channel button is broken, in your profile details enter your YouTube name rather than the URL, otherwise it breaks

He either fixed it or it works for me. But yeah I do believe it doesn't matter as long as YouTube is there.

I'm pretty sure that they will accept any country that allows youtube and ads
