Does Fullscreen really offer $25-$40 CPMs?

Hey guys I was wondering about Fullscreen/Creator X partnership and have some questions.

1.Do you really earn a $25-$40 CPM?

2. What are the requirements for the partnership?

3. Will being partnered grow my channel?

1. The Upper CPMs like that are only if you participate in a gorilla program ;)

2. Creator X : good content , Fullscreen : Good content and 750-1000 views daily.
 
I wouldn't worry about Partnership right now, especially not with Fullscreen. They require at least 750 views per day for the most part, and you have less than 500 a month at the moment.

Just focus on your channel, gaining subs and views and then come back later to ask about Partnerships :)
 
Fullscreen has minimal requirements and one of the requirements is to at least have 2 videos uploaded within a month period.
Good high quality is a booster and getting partnered increases your transparency through the google search results and with that more traffic to your channel.
 
Companies can modify things as much as they like as far as there terms of service but i would suggest creating good content and when you think you are trully ready partner with a network. With what youtube is doing to the site i wouls suggest in doing so i mean it depends on the individual.
