Does Fullscreen have a list of Countries!?

or do they accept any Country!?

Because my friends and i want to work hard on youtube the name is
El Mae TV
But we are from Costa Rica in Central America

From what i have read around on internet i did not find anything that tells about country restrictions

haha, yes, for example tough times regarding this issue for people from Bangladesh etc., where Youtube is blocked by Bangladesh government for the stupid reasons. Imagine if you have a very popular channel and living there, and suddenly one day you are blocked to Youtube by country government... worst nightmare ever.... :)

Yup thats the most clear way to get a correct answer to email support.
 
We accept any country that allows YouTube. We have a huge presence in Brazil and South America in general. :)
 
Fullscreen, or rather all other networks, accepts channels as long as PayPal (or their payment system) and YouTube's Partnership Program operates in your country (if YouTube's partnership program is not available in your country, you will see a notification in your monetization settings).
