Does being a partner with a YouTube Network(i.e. Fullscreen, etc) also mean being a YouTube partner?

I'm confused with the difference between YouTube partnership and 3rd party partnership network.

I understand that I get paid by whichever I choose. But does being a partner of a 3rd party partnership network such as Fullscreen also mean I'm at the same time a partner with YouTube as well?

Some network partnerships offer additional features as well as just the fact that they get all YouTube partner features (some the basic partners don`t have) enabled on your account.
Some Pay better aswell

Hello to you too ..Well i have been with fullscreen since jan 19 of this year and to this day i have accessed my social blade and it says yt partner and below that it says network claimed by then it says fullscreen so lol thats a damn good question you definitely had my brain processing some information

To try and make it simpler, try picture this in your mind

YouTube = a bedroom
YouTube partnership = a chest of drawers
(insert network here) partnership = a drawer

Networks are just ways of grouping similar content creators together and then giving them benefits to help them grow
