Well, I didn't really describe the question very well in the title because I didn't know what I needed to say in the title. Anyways the question is i'm aware that you need 84 views a day, however if I finish a month with 2.5k but some days I got a little less then 84 views, will I still qualify?

They will round off for views providing you have decent content. Most networks have their guidelines, but if they think you're worth breaking the rules so to speak they will

I think they like to see you being consistent and uploading good content and like Frankie says if they see potential they might break there own rules and accept you anyway.
