Do Photoshop Speedart/tutorials videos ebigible for YT partnership ?

hi folks
i got a channel i make speedart and Photoshop tutorials i got 250 subs i recently came to know about networks like fullscreen, speedblade ,yeousch were even channels with few subscribes can get partnered ,monetize and earn few bucks.
ok i know making money through partnership program involves lot of hard work .so basically i just want to know

1. Do photoshop speedart channels eligible for partnership program ?

2 If so which one is best youtube or fullscreen [ other networks ] ?

3.Can i apply now or i need to wait until i get few more subs and views ?

Since it's artistic, i think Fullscreen would be the place for you, but i'm not sure what their requirements are at the moment.

I have moved this thread to the Youtube Monetization & Partnership section of the forum. It's always best to wait to apply for partnership (when you have more views and subs). Fullscreen has turned down quite a few applicants, in recent days, so I have read. There are some networks that have no requirements....although I have heard that they aren't the best networks to join. There is no harm in applying for a network in the meantime. Just make sure you read the contract and understand all the terms and conditions
