Do Not Post Your Contract Specifics - Read Before Posting

Michael

I Love YTtalk
As of late we have noticed some members posting specific details from their contracts which they have with various YouTube partnership networks. As you should be aware, posting any details/terms which are part of your contract is a breach of its terms, most if not all contracts have a section on not disclosing the details/terms of your contract and you should adhere to it.

Posting specific details about your own contract could lead to you losing your partnership so please be aware of this before posting such information here.

We do have many visitors from various networks here at YTtalk and it is in your own best interests not to post such information.

Thanks for reading.

I'd think that was obvious, listen to this advice people!
FYI you double posted (In case it wasn't intended)

Oh that isnt a double post, one refers to this post inside the Fullscreen forum for anyone who misses this :D

It's really incredible that people don't see the gravity of these contracts, and fail to read them through to the NDA. =/

Thanks for posting this Michael!

I don't think they were being stupid. I have seen a lot of people giving information to new members that had questions about certain network contracts. For the most part they were just being helpful.
I mean, I understand certain ASPECTS. But posting the ENTIRE contract isn't the smartest thing. Highly recommend against it. But I see where you could be coming from.

Good advice though some people may do it without realizing but then again always read the contract;).
