Do networks care about paid views and subscribers ?

I apologize in advance if the following question is stupid, or has been discussed before. The XenForo search engine and I don't get along too well. I type something and it founds random things that have nothing to do with what I am looking for.

So... Do networks have any policy against legitimate paid views and subscribers (from real people, from services such as Virool and other similar services/companies which post your link to thousands of social networks pages etc.) ? As long as they are not bot views and have a relatively normal retention rate, are paid views OK for networks?

Nope. As long as it's genuine it's all okay. Virool, for example, is accepted because you're not 'buying views' like their adverts state, you're launching an ad campaign. Going on buylegitviews.com is going to be fake, so they won't take too kindly too it haha.

As long as they are real views and subscribers, you shouldn't have a problem with it. Do your research before you use those sites, as some may claim they are real, but are really bots. Virool, for example, is a good website and is okay with YouTube and networks. I've used Virool, and haven't had a problem with it.

It's OK unless you try to use those services for sponsored ads like Fullscreen's Gorilla campaigns-those can't have any ad campaigns attached to them to boost views.

Subscriber count is only valuable as "potential". And there are a number of ways of checking to see if your subscribers are real or not. 1K subs, new video with only 50 views after 3 days? fake/useless subs.

Virool is just like Adsense for value. They are genuine views someone actively chose to watch. And actually, after the Adsense trial value, I'd say Virool might actually be better if you wait until you see one of their matching deals (where they match the dollar value of your ad campaign).
