Do I need adsense?

So basically. I had this other channel which was going really well and then youtube suddenly disabled my adsense so now I have to make another youtube because I could not partner that one without adsense. I made another and it is going well but I dont want to make an adsense I just want to apply for fullscreen straight away.
Can I do this?
 
I don't really know. As far as I know, once you lose your AdSence, you can never get it back. Even if you create a new YT account, but I'm not entirely sure, though.
 
well you are correct but that adsense was my dads account. I do not want adsense back. I am saying can i get a network partnership without adsense?

I don't think it's possible. In order to partner a network, I think you have to be a YouTube Partner (Adsense).

Yup depending on the Network you have to have approved monetization (which is when you complete all the required steps including associating an Adsense) not sure which ones specifically but if you never enabled monetization you will definitely be OK.
