do any networks offer a fixed cpm anymore?

i was wondering if any networks offer a fixed cpm?
i know my channel is no where near being able to be partnered but i would like to know for future reference what networks do offer fixed cpms.

Yea, well I think they`re a bit of a scam, but I know networks that will give you the option of one if you so choose. IGN gives fixed to all partners, some other networks such as TGS will provide fixed when needed

What is IGNs fixed at?

Also Curse (gaming) might still be doing their $3 fixed for some channels. Not sure, though.


Also, everyone... fixed is still based off monetized views, not normal views.

Huh, that is interesting. What subnetworks are they offering those deals thru? I know IGN doesn't partner direct... do they offer rev share equivalents?
