Does somebody know, whether I can monetize my videos with his music?

I would suggest PM'ing him and asking if they are royalty free. As far as I know I believe you can as long as you credit him. But don't take my word for it.

He doesn't explicitly state any license or that you can use it for commercial purposes, so no. Youtube doesn't give a crap unless you have an irrefutable legal document that categorically states you have the rights to use it for commercial purposes.
