Discontinue Adsense, Join Fullscreen?

Hello, my 1st post here. So I AM:

- Musician who does covers on youtube.

- Joined AdSense 3 months ago & only found out what a "Network" Partner is today (Fullscreen vs. Individual accounts like Adsense)

- After research, I want to join Fullscreen (FAM). (It has licenses I can use for covers!)

Question: Do I need to disable 3rd party association to youtube first on my Adsense before I join Fullscreen? if so, how?

(I have also heard that some people who join Fullscreen while still on Adsense get their Adsense account disabled for no reason like 'click boom' excuses from Google... Im afraid joining Fullscreen will remove my Adsense account.) [I dont want to make another account as I know once you opt out of Adsense, you cant join back with same account]

What way is best to change to Fullscreen? Just press apply and they change it for you?

Yeah just apply to them and if accepted, they will take care of the process. You will no longer use adsense on that partnered channel with Fullscreen, but if you leave Fullscreen once your contract expires you can use adsense again on that channel.

About Fullscreen FAM you can only monetize cover songs if it's in the FAM library and also the ads of your covers will only show in the US.
 
Fullscreen will NOT increase your earnings. In fact, it will decrease your earnings for a while. However, you earn more with a network on the long run.

Answer: No. You don't have to disconnect adsense. Its automatic. You just have to accept the request on your dashboard.
 
I would take more time and apply to multiple networks. For a cover artist, I would also look at Maker. Fullscreen or whatever network you go with will guide you through the whole process and make it very easy for you.
