theyre just homeless ppl that get high on absolutely everithing ... not really what you see in movies ... its actualy quite sad ... oh well ... ppl chose theyre destiny
 
some do actualy wear flowers n theyre hair ... but i think thats bcuz they sleep in the bushes ... not sure though
