Ad performance is your gross revenue, estimated earnings is your revenue after Google takes 45%, and then your earnings will be what's left when you and your network shares that money. Say you earn 10 dollars gross, -45% that's 5,5 dollars, your network takes 10% then you have 4,95 dollars left.

Yes. So if you are with adsense the "Estimated Earnings" is what you get paid.

Note it is 'estimated' because they are still validating all views to make sure there are no fraudulent ones. Also you have to meet their minimum balance to be paid out, or $100 for AdSense.
