Did fullscreen change their requirements?

I tried applying for a partnership with fullscreen but was taken to a page that stated contract specific things such as: length of contract, payments, term and conditions, etc. At the bottom of the page it asked for my name and basic information. The contract also stated that after submitting this page I would be bound to the 2 year contract....I didn't know it was that simple to lock yourself in a contract. Good thing I decided to read everything. I decided to go back and not submit any information, but im surprised there was no pre-approval or some type of notice that would tell me whether or not my channel was eligible before locking me into a contract. That was a close one...

It's a good thing that you read everything! Fullscreen is a reputable organization though so even if you did go through with it, it isn't a bad thing. Imagine some of the shadier networks that people are blindly agreeing to the terms.

sounds like you hit the q&a section they don't hold you to that when applying only when you sign the contract

basically you read the contract length q & a

We have changed up the process for our apply pages. We encourage people to read the contract carefully and only sign if they agree to the terms and want to move forward with a Fullscreen partnership. However, by agreeing to the contract, you would only be accepted if your channel meets our requirements and will be notified if you are not accepted.

If someone wants to negotiate terms, they have the option to reach out to Fullscreen through our many other submission forums (direct e-mail, support or network apply pages like http://apply.fullscreen.net/tinygalaxy ). Thanks.
