Declined by machinima?

Well after seeing lots of channels with around 50 views per day and like 150 subs partnered with machinima, I decided to apply myself. I have about 103 views per day right now and I upload daily videos, and I have around 240 subs. I just got an email saying I was declined, and they said my channel doesn't meet the "qualifications". I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else?
It's also strange cause machinima said after I applied that I would only get an email if I was accepted, that they didn't have time to email everyone that was declined.

I'd just wait till a tad more views per day and then re apply, I agree its weird that they seem to partner people with less views per day than you but at 102 views per day you are still around the minimum requirement mark, try re applying once you get to 150+ views per day if that's still what you want by then.
