If you have commentary over your gaming videos you should be able to.
Networks must have game licenses for the games you want to monetize. They usually don't tell you which game licenses they have though... and just say if you have commentary you can monetize, with the exception of some games like microsoft and rockstar games. Should be ok though, just be careful of some games.
Btw you have a ton of subscribers... you could probably go straight to Fullscreen if you wanted to. Creator X is just a sub-network of Fullscreen. Unless that isn't the channel, I don't see any games on it.

You should be about to monetize the games, because through Creator X you have the option of just claiming the audio, visual or audiovisual. Also, Have you thought of going to Fullscreen Arcade? It'd probably be a better fit for you!
