Hey I have been applying to CreatorX for the past month and i haven't recieved one reply back? I've checked my spam and such and ive made sure ive been using the correct email but still no replys.

Often networks do not reply when you are not accepted. It's a horrible part of this industry, but it is just too hard to respond to the thousands who don't get accepted probably.
 
I've heard of people with 25 views daily with good content getting partnered and people with 88 views a day get partnered
 
The same thing happens with Machinima and me. It's been like 2 weeks and still no reply. They even say if your not accepted we'll email you with tips on how to make ur channel better.

Yeah, but doing that is beyond stupid. You can earn FAR MORE money on AdSense until you get around 1000 views a day.

A partner will not help a channel that small, you will get an extremely small cut.

Yeah i wish i could get feedback from the networks so that i know exactly what to do

May I ask how?

Very few networks provide actual promotion for your channel, that is full on you, and in 11 days, we are losing partnered backgrounds, which is the only viable explanation for networks helping you on YouTube.

I do not mean to be rude at all, but I strongly recommend against partnering until you are well established.
