I think they`re 1 year , I`m not sure about that, I recently made a pay-pal and I`m wondering if someone just transfers money from their paypal account will it verify?

IT can only be verified with a bankaccount or a card.

Well, depends, if you create an account that is over the age of 18 then no, other than that, you can get a parent to make a paypal, verify it, and then have a child paypal. I think that is what it is called, where it's a sub account of the parents and they can send you the money.
