i looked at your channel and i think someone view botted your first video. as it has LOADS of views, and it has no likes 1 dislike and no comments, which just wouldnt happen, and the rest of your vids have like 2-6 views. sooo someone view botted your first vid.

You have one of your videos botted, you think Creator X would partner a botted channel ? No.

When you apply they are most likely to reject your partnership, because of botting. Sorry, but they won't accept you.

Your channel is heavily view botted & also even if it wasn't at this stage what are you expecting to gain from a partnership? Its a two way road, the more you can offer a network the more they will typically offer you, if you aren't offering them much then do not expect to receive much in return.
