Creator X Partnership Help me please!

I recently applied for a Creator X Partnership and I was accepted about 2 weeks ago. The email as follows:
'Congratulations your channel qualifies for partnership with Creator X! A contract can be sent your way as soon as you confirm you are over the age of 18. If you are not 18 or older, then we will need the e-mail address of your parents to send the contract to. Please do so by replying to this e-mail with this information'.
Note, I am not 18 years or older. Yet you can still be under 18 (The email confirms this).
Its been almost 2 weeks since I was accepted and he still hasn't sent the contract to my parents email address.
Is this normal? I've been waiting really patiently and I am just curious as to what is taking so long.

Maybe, there`s just a backlog, wait another week or so and then try emailing them.

Yeah if you tweet them they usually reply within a couple hours and are glad to help you. I kept in contact with them constantly on twitter and i got my contract within 2 days of getting that acceptance email.
