Creator X (fullscreen sub-network), or Azure, or Centus Network?

So I already had a thread in which I was discussing some partnership offers that I had received and trying to choose between them, I received some useful advice but the thread was locked as the discussion got taken over by someone talking rubbish and trying to steer me to his own network with inaccurate information.

Anyway, the good advice I received was that I should probably ignore TGN, and go with Azure (part of zoomin) or Centus Network (part of ForelaDigital), both of which would offer good CPM and good revenue share of 80/20 or 70/30 etc. I was leaning towards Azure since they do a one year contract with a 3 month trial period.

However, I've now had an offer from Creator X, a subnetwork of Fullscreen. They do one year contracts, The revenue share isn't so good, but it seems like they have a good selection of secondary benefits and they might be able to do something to help promote my videos (though since they have lots of partners I'm not sure what my chances would be of being in the spotlight). I haven't been able to find too much info regarding CPM.

So, for someone like me that creates through and informative "Let's Play" game videos of relatively obscure (but interesting) games, does anyone reckon I'd be better off going with Azure or Centus, or is Creator X/Fullscreen the way to go? I get the feeling that being with Creator X or Fullscreen is considered a bit more prestigious, but is that just a case of good marketing, or are they the preferable option?

If youre going for Fullscreen for the promote part, don't.
Cause they can't promote you.

CreatorX don't really offer much towards promotion. They have a hub channel but they do not upload partner videos they only feature them and a select partners, its hardly ever updated. They also do shoutouts on Twitter, they have 1,578 followers but it doesn't make too much of a significant impact and they only do it a few times a day. Their twitter is more for support. CPM for Fullscreen is average, you can earn more by doing Gorilla Campaigns.

I think your still better off joining either Azure or Centus. :)

Since none of the networks will actually promote you, the only factor left is money, and you will probably make more money with Azure/Centus considering creatorx/fullscreen will give you a lower split. The only way you can make more money in Fullscreen is if you do gorilla campaigns but considering that you're a gaming channel, you will probably never do a gorilla campaign.

Ah, ok, bit suprised as I thought that being part of Fullscreen was considered highly desirable.

The things that caught my interest were stuff like you getting "Premium Ads", that more people are likely to click on because they tend to be things that might actually interest someone. So on a gaming channel, "premium ads" would be stuff like advertisements for some big new anticipated game, rather than some random small computer store offering to sell budget PCs. So I figured that would actually increase revenue, as while you might get less money per view and less money per click, there was actually a far higher chance that people would click an advertisement or watch it all the way through rather than skipping it.

And while they may not do much to directly promote, there are apparently forums for the Fullscreen Dashboard which "allow you to communicate with fellow partners and promote your channel internally within the network". And as well as a big audio library, there's also the FAM library which means can use music from Universal Warner Group and Chappell libraries. (In my early videos I occasionally used copyrighted music for some cool montage sequences, but stopped doing it precisely to avoid copyright issues and to allow me to monetize videos etc, so it would be excellent to be allowed to use some recognisable music rather than random free tunes.) So yeah, it seemed like being a part of Creator X/Fullscreen would give a bunch of additional benefits, while with Azure or Centrus the benefits were literally just "you can claim your videos" and a good CPM/revenue share on those videos.

But I guess that Fullscreen's extra benefits are actually not that great? I'd be better off just going for better revenue share and CPM rather than better advertisements and extra features?

They don't do anything for promoting, thats for sure.

As a small channel, I would not join Fullscreen.

You cannot use copyrighted music with Fullscreen lol. They only have a deal with Universal to allow the monetization of cover songs. You cannot use the actual song. Also, the problem I would have with the audio library is that if you left Fullscreen, you would have copyright from them songs, because Fullscreen pay for a license to allow you to use such music. So yeah, the 'benefits' end up being drawbacks in the future.
