Creator x - Fullscreen has not yet sent me my dashboard Log-ins. Help?

I recently got partnered with Creator x - sub network of fullscreen and I signed the contract with my parent and I also accepted the invite to join Fullscreen network through youtube. However I did not recieve the email with Log in information to the fullscreen dashboard as I was supposed to recieve according to my Fullscreen welcome package and my partner manager. I have told my artner manager the problem and he said 'An e-mail with log in details is sent to the e-mail address you signed the contract with. Also, attached is the Welcome Packet.' However I have not received it. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so please help me!

After signing the contract, you should have gotten an email with the dashboard login information. I got it the same day I signed the contract. It was an auto-generated email.
 
no.. sadly I didn't get the email... Did you sign yours through your parent's email or are you over 18 and signed it yourself?
 
Yeah I checked my parent's email and it wasn't there, they sent the contract to my dad's email but not the dashboard log-in I don't think. I may have missed it but I can't re-look at the contract email now as that it only says 'Finalize your contract' and when I click on it it sends me striaght to the dashboard log in page which I can not log in to.

it take a few emails befor you acutally get in the dashboard i had the same issue even know im 20 it all works out fullscreen / creatorx rocks
