1) CPM? It varies depending on a lot of factors, expect AROUND $4 more or less. If you're talking about revenue share then it also varies but they typically offer 60/40 split or 70/30 split.
2) Contract length is 2 years I think (it's 2 years with fullscreen, so probably creator x too)
3)Threshold on fullscreen is $100 so again, probably same as creator x

Are you with Fullscreen and is the CPM you are quoting before or after adsense takes 45% out?

Never rely on a network to promote you because it is very rare for them to do this.
