Creator X Email problems?

See I have been having this constant back and forth between Creator X's partner manager Sam Kimbrell and the guy who manages Creator X's twitter and we've been having a lot of problems sending my contract.

It started when Sam sent me a contract around 2 weeks ago but the contract that came in was from PangeaFX(which was not a fit for me). Then from that point on, they keep resending the email but nothing is coming through. I check my Inbox and Spam folders everyday and I even sent them an alternate gmail (the main one is yahoo) and still nothing despite them saying that they've resent the contract.

Is it a problem on my side or on Creator X's or is it a problem of both Yahoo and Google's email cloud? I just want to get this over with and sign that digital signature but this email thing is seriously not working. Their support is awesome but ughh. Can Creator X send the contract in a more real time way? Like facebook chat or something. They probably told me they've resent the contract around 5-7 times now and still nothing.

Has anyone experienced this? Because after 5 or 6 times it is getting really frustrating especially since its all on the cloud and not something I can fix locally.
 
i apolojize for these issues that you are currently experiencing but creator x/fullscreen i guess are going through some system issues or there email support is very hard to get in touch with and i am waiting for my partner manager to contact me but no email back from them. Did you try to check and see if creator x has a facebook page where maybe you can send them a nice detailed message.:)

Ask them to send you a PDF version and sign it by hand then scan it and send it back :)
 
Well I made my apply and they said i meet the requirements to partner with them, that I have to confirm my age so they can send me the contract, but it has been 4 days now since I confirmed it and they didn't respond. So I didn't get my contract yet... And yes, the one who sent me this was Sam Kimbrell... What's wrong with him?
