Creator X contract not being sent

Crypt

Community Editing Channel
Hey guys
I applied for creator x about 2 weeks ago. In a couple days I got an email saying I'd been accepted (I average about 100 views per day). They asked me to confirm my age before they sent the contract, so I did. They then said a contract will be sent within 24 hours. A week later and no response.

I deleted all the conversations on my email account with them and decided to apply again. About 30 hours ago I was at the 'contract will be sent within 24 hours point'. Again, no contract.

Creator X Any help?

1. Check your spambox.
2. Search email for "Fullscreen".
3. Check the email associated with your YouTube account. (repeat 1 & 2 if different)
4. Check any other emails you might have accidentally given them or other channels you could have linked. (repeat 1 & 2 if different)
5. Reapply or contact @FullscreenHelp on twitter if more than 7 business days.

95% of problems and delays we see come down to spambox, missed email, expected to a different email, wrong channel linked, or email typos.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I had no luck. It's alright though, I was just accepted straight through the fullscreen network (not sub-net) and have my own partner manager, Jerelyn. Hopefully this will mean quicker and easier contact.
Thanks again[DOUBLEPOST=1366880186,1366879605][/DOUBLEPOST]Jeff
I have a quick question.
My channel is primarily based on gaming. I applied through fullscreen, not arcade. Will I still have all the gaming licenses? Or will I be sent a fullscreen arcade contract so that I do?

The games that I intend on uploading to my channel are Call of Duty and possibly some Battlefield 4 (when it's released). I may also look into some other EA games. I know that EA are very strict on their licensing so I'm just curious. I don't mind if I can't upload these videos, I just want to know wether I can.

If your channel is primarily based on gaming, you will be assigned to Fullscreen Arcade. It isn't a seperate network, but more like a section of Fullscreen that allows you a few benefits. Email your partner manager for information about specific games and what you are/are not allowed to do.

If you wish to be assigned to Arcade, just email your partner manager. It will give you the ability to upload to the Arcade channel and participate in promotions, which are optional-and gives you access to the Arcade section of the Fullscreen forums. Otherwise there's no difference over what you have now.

would that require a new contract ? as i cant revive emails as u know on my yt account lol

They vary for every channel. We look at both statistics and content. Feel free to apply through our website and you'll be contacted either way.
