Shobzy

Loving YTtalk
Im about to accept the contract and its a pretty good one.
Somewhere I read you cannot claim gaming videos unless its like minecraft is is true??
PS. i know its a stupid question but i get paranoid at times

You can claim "basically the same thing as monetize" basically that has commentary over it unless the game publishers have said that you cannot play their games on YouTube. Also, I just looked at your channel. Don't use sub4sub bro. It will kill your channel in the long run. Also, don't advertise that you use it lol

The general guideline is to always have commentary over your gaming videos that relate to the video itself. Also, keep in mind some games may have in-game music that can screw you over for copyright. It is sometimes good to just turn off music volumes while recording a game. However, EVERY game is different. You should do some research on it just to make sure what the terms and policies are before uploading a video with it. A lot of people don't really do this because most people do not get in trouble much. I have just seen people get in trouble when they have re-uploaded trailer footage. This is something kind of risky. :p Hope that helps!
