I've been sent a message via Youtube offering partnership by them but I don't know much about them, can somebody tell me what their experience was with them and how they are as a (sub?) network in general?

I recently left a successful YouTube channel (youtube.com/barbaricmustard) to start a brand new gaming network under Forela experiencing rapid growth. There are currently 10 channels, spanning 17,000 subscribers and 5.6 Million views partnered under us. 20+ directors are producing content for the hub channel daily.
Brief description about what you have to offer:
Outside of the standard partner features, we currently have deals with http://youtube.com/liftedmusic and http://soundcloud.com/second-suspense to allow our parnters and directors to utilize these artists tracks in their productions. We are constantly on the look out for additional "perks" for our partners and directors.
Additional details:
