Hello, Because I want tot create a new banner I was looking for some graphics and I came across one. I could use this character in my banner but my question is if I would get any copyright strikes. The creative commons of this picture says : NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial perposes

So my question is if I can use it on my youtube banner or not?
 
You probably wouldn't get a strike, because people use images they don't use all of the time in banners, thumbnails etc. But I wouldn't really suggest using it :)
