CPM Doesnt Work By Monetised Views

Well I didn't, but I've not really looked into partnerships and how they work :)

I thought it was only based on views, everything else just aided in getting you more views :confused:
 
When you sign a contract, it says xx$ for every 1k monetised views (not in those exact views). How will that work with the new way that CPM works?

It`s still per 1000 monetized Impressions but CPMs will be higher , the higher your audience retention is, where you`re from etc.
Advertisers have decided to pay more for views/ads that have been watched for long (will prevent paying for botted/fake views)
 
It hasn't gone, it's been moved to Ad Performance listed as Estimated Monetized Playbacks. This amount now includes monetized mobile views which the older version under Estimated Earnings tab didn't
