There is nothing confirmed that being a partner longer means better revenue (either CPM or RPM).

$.9 to $1.2 CPM isn't very good at all. Is this what it says under "Playback based CPM" on the "Ad Performance" tab?

It is based on how well ads perform on your videos. If you are a partner longer, you will grow more loyal fans who watch the whole video, and make ads more expensive. So there is some merit to it, but it is not a direct increase.

.12 cpm isnt good? what average cpm? how do i increase it? ihave had that cpm for like 6 months?

A normal playback bases CPM is between roughly $1 and $10. It's not unheard of for them to go higher than $15 however. That is why your .12 is probably incorrect/miscalculated.

o s**t. i mean my cpc is .12. is that bad

The best number to look at is "Playback Based CPM" on the tab "ad performance". It is a box on the top left.

Also you're gonna have some copyright issues eventually if you keep it up.
