So i want to find this Dj or band called Infected Mushroom. Their song is quite the same as skrillex but not that popular. Is there a way that i can contact them to get their rights? If i do, do i need to pay them?

$0 (If they are small it's likely they will just want credit not money) or if they will charge you for rights probably a few hundred and for commercial use probably a few thousand.
