in general, just told take someone's uncut videos and give credit where credit is due

generally music is a no go, unless it's royalty free. As far as games it's rare that anyone puts up a fuss about them but a few companies do, if your in doubt read over the terms of service, if they have anything stating you can't, you can contact the company to try to make a deal. Unless your a big name don't hold your breathe on this option.
