Copyright blocked my video - Movie review?

What are my options on this? I do know that it is perfectly legal to share the stuff in a review as long as it was released and not illegally obtained. Does anyone know what to do? I submitted a dispute already.

I have a few 5-10 second clips. I see people do it. I didn't even monetize it. Plus, it's fair use. Why do commentators get to use gameplay and make money off it then?
 
Dispute it and argue fair use.

The automated system just looks for piracy - it can't procedurally determine if you're using it in a fair-use context.

I have no idea why some people are allowed to do it but some people get strikes from it, it's not fair
