Copyright and Sound Effects?

Hey, so for some of my future planned videos, I'm planning on using certain sound effects, such as boos, farts, and ESPECIALLY laugh tracks.

Can my use of laugh tracks that I found online be grounds for not allowing monetization? Like if I took an audio clip from a show like Big Bang Theory or Mr. Bean and edited it or just a random one that I found online with no information on its owner?

Or are most sound effects like this usually not Content-ID'd?

I usually go to freesound.org for all the funny sounds, cartoon sounds, laughing clips
