Honestly, go to your Videos menu in YouTube Studio and go check whether any of the videos have been auto-flagged as "Made for Kids". YouTube already deployed bots that scan through all the videos and, based on machine learning algorithms, determine whether yours fit any of their (unknown) parameters. If none of your videos are flagged, chances are you just might be fine and you can tick the "Not made for kids" option.
Beyond that, nobody really knows. Some people say this is overblown and people panicking for no reason, but the fact YouTube recommends you to consult a lawyer when determining whether the channel or any of the videos are made for kids speaks for itself.
Most channels are probably going to be fine in the end, but animated content, cartoons, toys, legos, pokemon, anime, etc - that stuff is definitely in som real danger or at least in the gray area when it comes to the designation.
