I see you finally got tired of posting that long lecture on how the contract helps both parties and decided to just get straight to the point. :p
 
And if I forgot to mention, I do not appreciate networks claiming to own the rights to my channel at all if partnered.

My content, my rights. Period.

Pretty much all networks will claim rights to own your channel I think, but you will still (with most networks) have full control of your channel, they just need the rights to your content so that the revenue can go into there adsense before they split it with you.
