Contract questions!

So ive read and reread my contract so many times now but theres one part i cant wrap my head around! it says (without going into too much detail) "You will be held responsible for all fees such as attorney fess" what would I have fees for especially attorney fees if i break the contract? Are they saying if i dont make like 1 video a week i can get sued?

Never saw that in a contract, but indeed it's something to really look at, because are there any rules on how much videos to produce?
 
Im pretty sure its 1 video a week.. and it says "You agree to indemnify and hold us and our shareholders,directors etc harmless from and against any and all third part cibil and criminal claims penalties costs and expenses (including attorney fees) incureed in connection with your breach of contract"

Wouldn't sign it, just wait for somethin better that doesn't has fees.
 
All contracts say it lol? My ATV one does RPM does and so did the preview contracts i saw! so idk...

My RPM contract doesn't say anything about Fees. In matter fact the entire word fees doesn't show up after a search in the PDF file. And only thing that can happen with a breach in the RPM contract is that they release me within 15 days. The contract also doesn't say I have to upload videos. So I don't know what kinds of contract you get, but it aint the one I signed.
 
Mine says I agree to hold RPM as shareholders, directors, officers etc. and set them harmless from and against any claims and all costs. That means they don't have to pay when people give them a claim and ask for money, but it no where says I have to pay fees if I breach contract or something like that.
