Contract Length

Hello Yttalk, I am a socialblade partner, that is wanting to try another network. How do I view my contract length if I do not have the original contract in my email (it was never sent to me). And will the contract auto - renew?

RPM/Socialblade contracts are either 1 or 2 years in length. Email RPM support for a copy of your contract. The contract will auto-renew if you do not notify them before it expires. The deadline to notify them is usually 30 days, but you need to see the specifics on your contract in case that has changed.

You'll have to get in contact with them, but you should have that contract somewhere.

RPM emails you a signed pdf copy of the contract, but you can just message support to get a new copy. Most likely it is 1 year from the signing date, and it will auto renew if you do not send a notice of your leaving 30 days prior to the ending date.
