contract explanation

can someone explain to me in detail what does this mean?
the exclusive right of first refusal to include any other YouTube channels created by you during the term of this agreement under the definition of "Your Channels" and include those channels under the terms of this agreement (we can exercise our right with respect to any such channel by providing you with written notice at any time at our discretion);

That means if you have another youtube channel, they want the first chance to either partner it or turn you down. After that, you're free to talk to the other networks.

I wouldn't sign with any studio that wanted that right.

well for my luck im already partner with them. but i didnt tought of making another channel until i made this one. then i got a question about partnering two channel in different networks then somebody mention this part of the contract thats why i ask.. so they want the firts chance to accept it or deny it.. but does that mean that it has to be mandatory to apply firts with them?

You can apply everywhere, but you cannot sign anything with another company until they turn you down. If you already have another channel that's doing well, shop it around and then see if they can beat your best offer. If you are just starting another channel, you might want to wait to partner it until you get large enough to field a few offers.

Ok guys i just got an answer and now i knw what does that mena.. thank u for your responses..

You shouldn't really post contract text. (probably a confidentiality clause in the contract about that)

There are legitimate reasons for this. One example would be if a creator were to decide they wanted out of the contract, but instead of waiting out the term... they simply started a different channel and moved or put their new content there in order to skirt the agreement. It is a fair protection in that case. That is probably their main intention... to protect the good faith of the contract. That said... the verbiage basically allows it across the board whether that's the scenario or not, so you have to decide if that's cool with you or not.
