I Heard that it is almost impossible to be partnered by having a community strike or a copyright strike. Is it true ? (I understand for the copyrght strike but what about the community's?)

So I have to delete the video with a third party content, which is not a problem at all.
But the strike is due to a video I've already deleted and it remains for 6 months since I had it , in january. I have no link to appeal this strike, that is astonishing... Maybe I could try to send a mail to Youtube to ask them the reason of the strike, and ask them to delete it, but I have no mailing adress. :(
Do you have any suggestions?
 
Just wait for the remaining 3 months to pass. I got a copyright strike due to uploading a wrong video by accident and it should be removed by the end of this month. So yeah, I suggest you to be patient, and take it this way, your audience will grow during those 3 months so your chances of getting accepted will get even higher. ;)
 
Yes, I agree with you. But 3 month is quite long ... since I have uploaded some gaming videos on Youtube, and uploading gaming content on Youtube without partners like Machimina, Tgn or whatever is dangerous :/

Not really dangerous. Just speak in those (commentary) and if you put music make sure its royalty free. There is plenty of royalty free music to use!
